How do I become a partner?
What types of businesses do you support?

How do I introduce a client?
- Company and director details
- 6 months of bank statements (for all bank accounts)
- Up-to-date management accounts (for businesses with revenues over £50k)
- Cash flow forecast (for businesses with revenues over £250k)
- Aged debtor report (for B2B enquiries)
How will I know if they’re an existing client?
You will not be able to refer an existing client of FlexCap.
Do you require security?
As standard, we do not require security or a personal guarantee.
In rare cases, we may offer funding if a personal guarantee is provided.
Will you speak to the client?
All communication, including information requests, offers, and decline reasons, will be directed to our partners. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to reach out to the client directly.
When will a decision be made?
We aim to process your referrals within 24 hours. However, more complex cases may take longer.
You will receive a notification if our underwriter requires additional information.
Do you do credit checks?
Yes, we perform a soft credit check on the director and the business.
How do offers work?
You will receive an email notifying you when your client has been approved for funding.
Once you’ve discussed the offer with your client, you can invite them to the platform to review the terms and accept the funding.
What is your onboarding process?
Onboarding is completed by the client in their dashboard, where they will need to complete KYC, sign the agreement, set up the direct debit, and meet any conditions of the offer.
